How to Track Your Order

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse in Dortmund, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email at the email address you provided at checkout. This email will contain:

  • Your unique tracking number
  • The name of the carrier handling your delivery
  • A direct link to the carrier's tracking page

Simply click the tracking link in your dispatch email to see the real-time status of your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your dispatch email for tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number is included in the order confirmation email sent to you immediately after you placed your order. It typically begins with a # symbol (e.g., #1001). If you cannot find your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also contact us with your name and email address and we'll look it up for you.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once dispatched, standard delivery within Germany typically takes 3–7 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays or high-demand periods.

My tracking information hasn't updated — what should I do?

It can sometimes take up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch, especially over weekends or public holidays. If your tracking has not updated after 3 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

My order is late — what should I do?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking link for the latest status. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, or if the estimated delivery date has passed, please get in touch with us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a full replacement or refund.

I received a delivery notification but my parcel isn't here — what now?

If the carrier has marked your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours, in a safe place near your door, or at your local post office or parcel depot. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification and we will assist you.
